What is your billion-dollar idea?
“With the start-up competition MLOVE creates opportunities for mobile start-ups by exposing the best of mobile to media partners and the VC community. An inspiring speaker list, a very engaged audience and a lively and surprising agenda in a magic place on the Pacific beach of California,” stated Harald Neidhardt, Founder of MLOVE.
The hot topic of the MLOVE ConFestival USA 2013 is the “Lifestyle of Mobility” – the cross roads where mobile meets immersive experiences: connected cars, context aware apps & services, AI, wearables, Internet of Things and the Arduino maker movement.
„It is fantastic to have the chance to meet such a high class audience in a family-like atmosphere. Most events do not allow for a proper exchange between speakers, participants, startups and artists. That is why I believe the MLOVE ConFestival is different to so many other events and that is w hy it is such a great chance for Start-Ups“ says Gabriella Draney, Executive Director of Tech Wildcatters, a top 10 Accelerator according to Forbes Magazine.
MLOVE stands for disruption, innovation, inspiration and a Lifestyle of Mobility. The judges will be looking for start-ups that reflect these values. Cool new apps, or disruptive new services where mobile is a remote control to our lives should all apply.
The competition is open to companies worldwide that have raised less than $2 million and were founded after January 1, 2011.
The MLOVE event is a highly interactive format that focuses on collaboration, sharing of ideas and an engaging open innovation session called Future Cubes.
Speakers at Monterey will include Jérôme Nadel (Rambus), Urvi Bhandari (AT&T), Renate Nyborg (Edelman), Jennifer Pabian (Samsung), Rasheq Zarif (Mercedes-Benz R&D), Amish Patel (Microsoft), Justin Moon (QNX) and Sylvie Barak (Amtel). 30+ speakers rep resent Swiftkey, frog design, Tempo.ai, Sphero, NanoSatisfy, Singularity University and more.

The MLOVE ConFestival brings together CEOs, innovators and entrepreneurs from across multiple disciplines to share, learn and cross-pollinate ideas with an array of scientists, artists and other thought leaders. The event exposes the mobile industry to the best minds outside of Mobile to maximize the opportunity of creating life-changing services and applications that can impact us all for the better.
The MLOVE tribe was founded by Harald Neidhardt and started grass roots with an international group of “mobile passionistas” in 2008. MLOVE’s goal is to stimulate new ideas and thinking which you can apply to your life, your business and to inspire others.
